Bojonegoro, 29 Oktober 2024 \u2013 Dalam upaya mempererat hubungan dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan layanan, PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Bojonegoro mengadakan Customer Gathering di Eastern Hotel Bojonegoro. Acara ini dihadiri oleh pelanggan potensial terpilih dari 8 Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) yang berada di wilayah kerja UP3 Bojonegoro, mencakup Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Tuban, dan Lamongan.<\/p>\n

Acara dibuka dengan penampilan tarian tengul, sebuah tarian pembuka yang merupakan kebanggaan khas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tarian ini menggambarkan budaya lokal yang kaya dan menjadi simbol penyambutan yang hangat bagi para peserta.<\/p>\n

Sambutan resmi diberikan oleh I Made Agus Dwi Putra, Manager UP3 Bojonegoro. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada para pelanggan yang telah setia menggunakan layanan PLN dan menjelaskan pentingnya peran pelanggan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan layanan listrik yang berkualitas.<\/p>\n

Hadir juga untuk mengisi materi terkait produk PLN yaitu Renewable Energy Certificate, Senior Priority Account Executive, Adhi Christiawan dan Roni Tri Herjananto selaku Technician Customer Solution Jatim, Sbu Regional Jawa Bagian Timur dari PLN Icon Plus yang membawakan materi terkait PLTS Atap. Diskusi dan Tanya jawab berlangsung interaktif, pelanggan semakin mengerti akan produk PLN maupun PLN Icon Plus yang diapaparkan dengan jelas dan rinci oleh pemateri yang berkesempatan hadir.<\/p>\n

Terdapat 6 kategori penghargaan yaitu Kontribusi kWh Terbesar, Penambah Daya Terbesar, Pembayaran Listrik Tercepat, Pelanggan Paling Responsif, Pembelian REC Terbanyak serta Pembayaran Listrik Pemda Tercepat. Selain itu pelanggan berkesempatan mendapatkan doorprize menarik yang dibagikan pada saat acara berlangsung.<\/p>\n\n\n
